Bradford Mall Refurbishment Walsall Council is looking to appoint one contractor from the Constructing West Midlands (CWM) Lot 1 Framework for the Design and Refurbishment of Bradford Mall, Saddlers Centre, using a two stage procurement process. The site is located within Walsall town centre and is completely contained within the demise of the Saddlers shopping centre.
