Provision of a Free Mart Fair - Market and Entertainment Event at Portsmouth Museum

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to providing a suitable market and entertainment for the council's Free Mart Fair taking place on Saturday 17th August 2019 in the garden of the Portsmouth Museum.
