TFF - Intensive Family Support - Soft Market Test

The primary aim of the Intensive Family Support Service is to provide intensive support to approximately 150 families per year through a well-planned service which is able provide a quick and flexible response to families at the higher end of need around issues that are preventing those families from achieving improved outcomes.
