Traffic counts to support evaluation of Major Schemes

The deliverable required is provision of traffic flow data. This will be managed as a staged programme of work, with potentially several deliverables let within the timeframe of the work package. In general counts should be bi-directional for 2 weeks at 15 minute intervals, classified by vehicle length, but specific requirements will be confirmed for each package.
