RFQ - Contract Awarded - 20 GHz high accuracy synthesizer

The National Physical Laboratory [NPL] requirement is for a radio frequency [rf] source covering the range up to 20 GHz for evaluation of superconducting devices and circuits. The device characterisation includes automated frequency and power sweeps of the rf output whilst maintaining a frequency lock to an external frequency reference.
