ACAS is seeking the services of an Organisation to provide a series of training courses in Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) . Training in TUPE will be provided to various groups in the UK . Training events may take place at various locations & venues throughout the regions of the UK with ACAS staff acting as Co-Presenters / Trainers alongside the successful organisation .
