Gloucestershire County Council are tendering for Independent Visiting Service for Children in Care. The Provider will be responsible for the provision of an Independent Visiting Service in accordance with the guidance set out in Children Act 1989 Guidance and Regulations Volume 2: Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (2010).
