Clarion Housing wishes to procure a national contractor who will ensure Un-adopted lighting is maintained, repaired fully and left in a safe working order to ensure the health and safety of its residents and users. This is a repairs only contract and the contractor will be required to attend to carry out various repairs as and when necessary in line with the Clarion repairs standards.
