Future Delivery of Leisure Facilities and Services for London Boroughs for Brent, Ealing and Harrow

The London Boroughs of Harrow, Brent and Ealing are collaborating to procure a leisure operator to manage their leisure facilities and services. Uniquely, the Councils joined forces in 2011 to procure a Leisure Operating Contract for their respective leisure facilities.
