The Provision of an Interim Evaluation and Summative Assessment of the ERDF Healthcare Business Connect Lancashire (HBCL)

The HBCL programme is part funded through Priority Axis 3 (investment priority 3c) of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). An ERDF grant of £759k has been approved and the total project value (including match funding) is £1.2 million.
