Home Group sought to appoint a suitably qualified Principal contractor to deliver elements of our planned programme in Zone 1 and 2 of our North East region to support our Home Group Repairs Service (HGRS). The 2 zones cover approx. 9800 properties and are a mixture of rented and supported.
