GB-Colchester: Garage Refurbishments - Colchester

Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to its garage stock within the Borough of Colchester. The Contracting Authority has a requirement for refurbishment of 52 garages on 7 sites across the Borough of Colchester for financial year 2021/2022.
