GB-Colchester: 100 Kitchen Renewals

Colchester Borough Council (the "Contracting Authority" or "Client") wishes to commission a Contractor to undertake the renewal of an anticipated 100 kitchens within its social housing stock. Colchester Borough Homes will act as the Contract Administrator. A property list will be provided to the winning Contractor who will have to undertake pre-survey and design work and agree choices with the tenant.
