Servicing, Repair & Maintenance of Boilers and Gas Appliances

Annual servicing and 24 hour responsive repairs to boilers and gas appliances to a wide range of non-domestic public buildings within the Southend Borough, including care homes, libraries, schools and museums. The maximum response time required for emergency works under this contract is 2 hours and contractors applying must have the capacity to attend to several emergency calls at the same time.
