3 - 10 Portland Villas Re-Roofing Project

The Project consists of a re-roofing works to eight Grade II Listed residential buildings within Portland Villas at the North West of the University of Plymouth campus. The tender is divided into two Lots. Lot 1 comprises the buildings at numbers 3,4,5, and 6 Portland Villas. Lot 2 comprises the buildings at numbers 7,8,9 and 10 Portland Villas. Organisations may submit tenders for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both Lots. The details of the requirement are contained within the accompanying documentation.
