Thirteen Group require a suitably qualified contractor to carry out servicing and maintenance & repairs of all types of Smoke Ventilation / Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) currently installed within Thirteen Housing Group buildings. As stated in the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 England and Wales building owners are responsible for ensuring fire safety systems are correctly maintained.
