Demographic Community Surveys

BTP has the need to conduct regular passenger confidence surveys with those using the network to gather their views on our service and understand their feelings of safety and issues important to them. To gather a greater response rate and a wider demographic pool of individuals, BTP need to change its approach to ensure that we can reach people through a mixture of online platforms as well as traditional face to face engagement.
