Combined insurance policy excluding motor

The Town Council wishes to procure a combined insurance policy (excluding motor covers), under a 5-year, long-term agreement. Cover is required for property and liability insurances, engineering inspections, money, fidelity guarantee, personal accident and legal expenses.
