The requirements for this contract are: Lot 1 - This lot is designed to meet the Agency requirement for a device with very low battery consumption, low I/O, single communications and simple alarm functionality. Lot 2 - This lot is designed to meet the Agency requirement for a device with the functionality to operate at our more complex sites requiring increased communication resilience and high I/0.
