Referral Management Service

NHS North Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) have commissioned a high quality and effective Referral Management Service for the population of North Tyneside. The service will receive referrals from General Practitioners within NHS North Tyneside CCG. The service will maintain a log of all referrals received and actions taken so that any individual referral can be tracked as required and data on referrals can be collated and processed.
