Qualified Technical Competent Personnel Services (COTC Cover) for waste management facilities

The Council is seeking a single provider to provide sufficient qualified technical competent personnel (COTC Cover) to carry out regulatory checks as required under the permit on waste management facilities on behalf of Leicestershire County Council on an ad-hoc basis. This requirement is as result of insufficient staff trained to carry out the duties. Failing to meet the permitted requirements at the waste management facilities would result in a breach of the permit conditions.
