FIRE ALARM MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE

A fire alarm monitoring and maintenance contract covering 46 properties of various sizes with a combined total GIA of 93,130 square metres, mostly within Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. A 2 hour response time to call-outs is required at the majority of the properties but 14 of those properties have inpatient areas and, as such, require a 1 hour response time to call-outs.
