COV - Carriageway (Pothole) and Footway Defect Repairs and Maintenance

This procurement is for reactive and programmed pothole patching/repair maintenance gangs. This can include pavement as well as road repairs. The framework is to provide additional workforce with tools and equipment, predominantly to Highways DLO.
