GB-Oban: NLB Oban Mezzanine Floor Conversion (Stage 1- Architecture Services)

The Northern Lighthouse Board (NLB) owns an operational base on Gallanach Road in Oban. NLB wish to convert two internal mezzanine spaces within the buoy store on the base - currently accessed by hatches and ladders into usable areas with stepped access. One of these areas is located above a workshop area and one is above a paint kitchen.
