Insurance, related advice, claims management and loss control services for Property, Legal Liability and other General insurance (non-life) risks, as required by Staffordshire Housing Association Ltd for a period of three years (or periods of insurance) commencing 31st October 2015, with the option to extend by up to two further years (or periods of insurance). The Contract also included Engineering Insurance and Inspection Services. The Tender procedure was conducted using the Competitive Process with Negotiation.
