INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE REFURBISHMENT OF THE ATHLETICS TRACK AT DOWN GRANGE SPORTS FACILITY

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking an experienced contractor to refurbish the athletics track at the Down Grange sports facility in Basingstoke. The track has been synthetic since at least the mid-1980s. It was resurfaced in summer 1999 with a Mondo Sportflex Super X Classic synthetic surface.
