Gainsborough Library - Capital Roof Repairs

Repairs are to be carried out to all roof areas. The Westmoreland slate roofs are to have all the leadwork renewed, and slipped/ cracked slates re-fixed/ replaced. The flat roofs are to be recovered in single ply membrane, dressed up over parapets. Cover flashings are to be replaced to the flat roofs.
