The British Embassy Paris regularly has visits from delegations for large (COP21) and smaller events that require hired transport. In 2016, there has been both Euro2016 and Somme 100th. For each event we were required to go through a tender process due to the costs involved which is very labour intensive both for ourselves and the companies that tender.
