Halton Housing - Fire Risk Assessments - AWARD

Halton Housing invited service providers to tender to undertake type 1 fire risk assessments (FRA's) for the year 2021 for all of its properties that require a fire risk assessment. HH has 157 Type 1 fire risk assessments (including our Head Office) and 60 commercial premises FRA's. A new FRA is required of each and every one of these properties in year 2021.
