Boarding of Stray Dogs and Rehoming Services

Shepway District Council (\"the Council\") has a duty under s.149 and s.150 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (EPA) to appoint an officer \"for the purpose of discharging the functions for dealing with stray dogs found in the area of the authority\".
