Mental Health Recovery Framework

1.1 The service will provide support for adults with mental health issues to progress their mental health recovery and to live in a way that is based on hope, confidence and the ability to live a rich and full life. 1.2 The service will support clients to meet the outcomes - agreed in their Support Plans.
