Soft Market Test for Herefordshire Intensive Placement Support Service and Therapeutic Intervention Support Service

Since 2014, Herefordshire Council has developed and delivered an intensive therapeutic support service for some of the most challenging children and young people in care or at risk of coming into care, in the county.
