Bitterne Community Hub Business Case

The project requirement is to commission an Outline Business Case for a Community Hub in Bitterne District Centre using the government Treasury Green Book methodology. The aim is to develop a Community Hub which incorporates a leisure centre, a library, and health services; and by doing so will release sites for housing development.
