Market Engagement Event – Provision of a Community Dietetics Service for NHS Redditch and Bromsgrove CCG, NHS Wyre Forest CCG and NHS South Worcestershire CCG.

The service will aim to reduce malnutrition in Worcestershire through a focus of support to defined patient groups. This will be achieved by identifying those at risk of being malnourished, establishing appropriate care plans, education of patients, carers and health professionals and maintaining on-going support where appropriate.
