Fire Detection Upgrade 2022

Mid Devon District Council ("The Authority") has a requirement to upgrade the existing smoke and heat detectors within the communal areas of its flats. The existing systems are Grade D: LD2 providing coverage in the common areas and a heat detector in each flat in the room/lobby opening onto the escape route (interlinked).
