Mental Health Housing and Support: Tiered Supported Housing Services North East Hampshire

Adults' Health and Care sought a provider that had accommodation to develop a tiered supported housing service based in north east Hampshire for working age adults who experience severe and enduring mental health challenges including young people coming through transition (18+).
