The Legal Services and Human Resources Teams at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTHFT) has identified a requirement for specialist employment law support and representation. The appointed provider will be required to advise on the merits of the case, manage all legal aspects of the proceedings, prepare and review relevant documentation, support witness preparation, engage in negotiations where appropriate, and provide advocacy through counsel if the matter proceeds to a Tribunal hearing.
