Contract Award - NHS Calderdale CCG - Medicines Optimisation Service

NHS Calderdale CCG seeks expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified service providers who would like to be considered for the provision of a medicines optimisation service within NHS Calderdale CCG member practices.
