QU457 - Prevention and Communities arts & health commissioning impact study - AWARD

Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to commission an experienced arts & health evaluator to produce an impact study and recommendations following on from cultural sector commissioning as part of the Adult Social Care Prevention and Communities.
