Enabling Works at Orchard Way Edginswell

The enabling works are the first phase of a wider development that will be split into five segments, one of which will be a retail unit for which we are currently seeking planning permission. \r \r The existing site slopes from south west to north east and consists of areas of grass, undergrowth and spoil from neighbouring developments.
