WP3170 - Specialist Parenting Programmes

The Council wishes to procure a licensed Early Intervention, specialist parenting programme which is evidenced based and has been subject to a satisfactory Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) to support families which provides an intervention which includes both parents and children.
