452 - Night-Time Economy Project (Two-Year Pilot Programme)

The Council want to use the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) to drive footfall in our night-time economy. Our residents tell us that there is not enough of an early evening offer to attract them to our town centres.
