Proposed extension to 11 Eastcroft, Blagdon (451-AHL) - AWARD

The scope of the works comprises the construction of an extension on the south side of the house to provide an accessible bedroom and wet room. The works will also involve works to the existing kitchen which is to be replaced separately, dining room as well as external works to construct a retaining wall and steps. A new accessible footpath is to be provided to give access to the front entrance.
