Hackney Private Sector Housing Strategy

This project entails a review of the private rented sector in Hackney followed by the development of a Private Sector Housing Strategy. This includes carrying out a market analysis of the current private rental market and completing a letting agent and stakeholder review to produce a comprehensive evidence base, preparing the strategy and developing a delivery plan, as well as undertaking a review of Hackney Council's Private Sector Housing team following the 2018 restructure proposals.
