Provision of psychological screening and monitoring services for HSIB staff

HSIB staff are required to complete safety investigations often involving traumatic events and encounters, such as death and serious injury. To reduce the level of vicarious trauma to staff, it is proposed that people appointed to or working within those roles identified as high risk roles at HSIB (MNSI and HSSIB) are supported by a psychological screening and monitoring service.
