Drug & Alcohol, behaviour change, treatment and recovery system

Reading Council is inviting tenders to provide a drug an alcohol, behaviour change, treatment and recovery service to adults aged 18 plus. Local authorities are responsible for improving the health of their local population and reducing health inequalities.
