1. Minor Works Scope of Tender This is a four year framework for contractors able to undertake minor works, including grounds works, to social housing. The sites vary from individual flats and terrace houses to large blocks. Works include render repair, wall repair, window and door replacement/repairs and internal/external decoration and repairs.
