Replacement of the existing heating boilers within the plant room, along with associated flue systems and pipe work connections to the existing, retained headers and pumps. Installation of new gas pipe work, automatic controls, related electrical requirements and builder's work. Asbestos abatement works including potentially removing old gaskets required, along with re-encapsulation works to the walls. Use of a temporary mobile boiler plant to be included.
