Whole House Retrofit, Worcester City

Worcester City Council has secured funding under the Local Authority Delivery Scheme Phase 2 (LAD2) to deliver energy efficiency upgrades to the worst performing EPC rated (EPC rating D, E, F or G) domestic properties in the City.
