Provision of a mixed Inpatient and Community rehabilitation service in Somerset

The Authority wishes to procure a mixed Inpatient and Community rehabilitation service in Somerset. The aim of the service is to create a new flexible and proactive model of community based mental health that is rehabilitation focussed, provides care for people with moderate to severe mental illnesses across a range of diagnoses and needs, and is in line with the new Community Mental Health Framework.
